New Program Launch - Active Living

Active Living – specially designed for people aged 50 and over who want to stay strong, healthy and active.

Previously known as Living Longer Living Stronger, Active Living is a program for older adults which provides you with a personalized exercise program tailored to your individual needs and goals. Your personalized program will incorporate exercises to help improve balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Book in for an initial consultation with a gym instructor to discuss any pre existing health conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate in certain exercise.

From there a suitable gym floor program will be created and shown through with the instructor. Although this program is not a class, it is a great opportunity to train at the same time with likeminded people increasing social interaction and community connection.

Session times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30am - 11:30am at a low cost of $7.00 each.

This 10:30-11:30am timeslot is manned by a gym instructor so assistance can be provided and any queries answered.

To celebrate the launch of our Active Living program, entry will be free for all participants from Monday 6 to Friday 10 October.
